Swedish Massage

Swedish massage - soothing massage that enhances circulation, relieves muscle pain and tension, improves flexibility, and reduces stress. Swedish massage uses a system of long, gliding strokes, kneading and friction. It also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves. Swedish massage is a proven stress reducer, and is prescribed in many regular stress management programs.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but with a pressure that is more intense. It is a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension and knots. Our Deep tissue massage is excellent for athletes, frequent travelers, or anyone who experiences chronic muscle use and tension.
