Spa Etiquette

Reservations

You can make your reservation by calling (044) 227 3744 or sending an email to spa@mimoza.com.ua.

Mimoza has a minimum order requirement of UAH 450 (not including transportation and other surcharges).

While most of our appointments are booked in advance, we’ll make every effort to fulfill your same day order – so don’t wait! Call now!

Service Hours

Monday - Sunday: 10:00-22:00

If you would like to make a booking outside these hours, please email spa@mimoza.com.ua or call (044) 227 3744 for details. There is a surcharge associated with deliveries outside of standard working hours:

- Late delivery - deliveries that end after 10 pm.

- Early delivery - deliveries that start before 10 am.

The surcharge added for these deliveries is UAH 100.

Service Time 

Mimoza charges its clients for services and not the time we spend at your location.This means that we are committed to delivering high quality service to you and ensure that we give you our full attention when we are with you.
 
We are flexible and understand when our clients ask us to wait while they take care of their daily demands - if you have a baby that needs attention while you are in session, we will wait until you are ready to resume your services.
 
We also understand that sometimes traffic may delay you on the way home to your Mimoza session. There is a 30 min grace period after which our technicians may leave if there is another delivery at stake, at which point we expect you to cover the full delivery charge. If our team can stay, there will be a 20% surcharge applied to your bill.
 
We kindly ask you to communicate your time constraints and requirements when placing an order. We will try to adjust our session schedule to meet your needs.

Spa Service 

Mimoza offers spa service to its clients along with our services to create the atmosphere of relaxation. Spa service includes: cozy robe, slippers, tea service, music, and candles. The spa service is complementary for orders of over UAH 1 000.

Travel Fees

The following Transportation Surcharges apply (distances are calculated from Independence Square). Please note that these are indicative fees and they may vary as we outsource our transportation services:

Up to 10 km	60	UAH
10 km and over (within city limits)	100	UAH
Outside of the city limits	from 180	UAH

When you place your order, we will check your address and quote transportation charge at the time of your booking confirmation.

Method of Payment

For the convenience of our clients we have added several payment options. Mimoza Spa accepts cash payments from residential clients. Hotel guests in select hotels have the option of charging treatments to their room account. Corporate clients may pay by bank transfer.

Important Note

The Mimoza team will refuse or terminate the treatment, and charges in full will be assessed, if any of the contra-indications are encountered, such as:

• Broken skin or lesions
• Medical conditions prohibiting massage
• Intoxication
• Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comment
